I’ve never left a review before but this place actually deserves one. I can’t believe we have something this good, this close to home actually. The beer was ICE cold, salad was fresh, homemade fries and the steak & shrimp were excellent. Service was also 10/10, holy cow. Not that it matters but the place is so cute & clean, definitely a good place for date night and a game of pool.

Absolute best steak I’ve ever had! Way better than anything I’ve tried living in St Louis. I’m honestly blown away by how flavorful and tender the fillet was. The roll and fries were delicious too! We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re near here!

Was pricier than i thought it would be, but was WORTH IT! Surf and turf was amazing. Asked for a cup of butter to dip the shrimp in The ribeye was awsome. The baked potato was large and simply delicious.

The most amazing, welcoming, and attentive people around. They always check in to see if you need anything, they apologize if something went wrong, they have conversation and truly care about your life! We’ve been going since it opened and since getting engaged they talk about how it’s going, planning and such. I don’t know many places that would think twice about you are. Before you make a full decision on this place, go 2 or 3 times and see just how great it is! I recommend it to anyone and everyone!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ll be honest — I’ve been hesitant to write this because I’m local and it’s my mom’s restaurant, and I didn’t want people to think I’m just doing her a favor. But the truth is, Woods Steakhouse absolutely deserves a 5-star review. I’ve been their biggest critic behind the scenes, and what I’ve seen firsthand is that they don’t get upset at feedback — they get better. Every time I stop in, it’s improved in some way. It’s honestly become one of my favorite places to eat. The ribeye, in particular, stands up to — and even exceeds — the quality I’ve had at some of the best steakhouses across Missouri. That’s saying a lot, considering I travel the state almost daily for work. We’re lucky to have a place like this in Clarence.

Everything was fantastic! The filet was tender & grilled to perfection!!

My wife and I heard about this place and since it was only about 45 minutes away decided to give it a try. We are always up for a new adventure. This place didn't disappoint we went on Saturday right when they opened, no wait, great friendly servers that came back several times to check on us. Portobello mushroom appetizer was delicious. The filet was so tender you almost didn't have to chew it, huge baked potato baked to perfection, roll. Everything was DELICIOUS!! Read the review where someone that gave it a 1, seems a bit strange that anyone would drive from St. Louis to order a hamburger? Don't know but just saying. I would highly recommend this place, Clarence is blessed to have such a restaurant

First of all I wanted steak I'm not going to pay high dollar price for ribeye and go to Colton's and get a 20 oz steak for the same price BUT!!!!!!!! Our wait time, was hardly nothing, Our appetizers was very good, hands down ! I chose a side salad instead of the soup of the day I wish I would have chose the soup I did not care for the salad due to the fact that the leaf lettuce was room temperature and not appetizing looking My partner's sandwich but he felt that it was a Frozen meat Patty I am choosing it was not I chose the country fried fish hands down delicious, for the small town that it is I do not believe I will eat there very often but if I have family come through that don't live in Missouri yes I would go there and eat again!
